Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01/01/2026

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by UnikU Tutorial Service, LLC, including services offered under the DBA Monetize Your Future.

By purchasing any program, service, or subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund terms.

 
1. NO REFUNDS

All payments are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of coaching and consulting services, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, or chargebacks for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Lack of participation

  • Dissatisfaction with results

  • Unused sessions

  • Early termination by the client

 
2. MONTHLY BILLING & EARNED FEES

Programs are billed on a monthly basis.

Once a billing month begins, that month is considered earned in full, regardless of whether the client uses all scheduled sessions.

Unused sessions do not roll over and do not qualify for refunds or credits.

 
3. MISSED SESSIONS

  • Missed or late-canceled sessions (less than 24 hours’ notice) are forfeited

  • No refunds or make-up sessions are provided for missed calls

  • Repeated no-shows may result in termination of services without refund

 
4. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion if:

  • Boundaries are violated

  • Communication becomes abusive or unprofessional

  • Expectations are misaligned or unreasonable

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

 
5. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered in accordance with the agreed terms.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action to recover owed amounts.
