Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 01/01/2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to all coaching and consulting services provided by UnikU Tutorial Service, LLC (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “the Company”).

By purchasing or participating in any program, you agree to the following:

 
1. PROGRAM STRUCTURE & SCOPE

All programs are delivered over a 6-month period and include up to four (4) private 60-minute sessions per month, unless otherwise stated.

Some months may contain five weeks. In those cases, sessions remain capped at four per month. Unused sessions do not roll

over.

 
2. RESCHEDULING & MISSED CALLS

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session

  • Missed or late-canceled sessions are forfeited

  • Repeated rescheduling may result in termination of services without refund

 
3. PAYMENT TERMS

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • Payments are billed monthly and cover access to services for that billing month.

  • Once a billing month begins, that month is considered earned, regardless of session usage.

  • Failure to make a payment will result in immediate termination of services.

  • Payments are processed by UnikU Tutorial Service, LLC. Services are provided under the DBA “Monetize Your Future.” Charges will appear as “UnikU Tutorial Service, LLC” on bank statements.

 
4. NO GUARANTEES

We do not guarantee specific financial results or outcomes.

Results depend on:

  • client effort

  • consistency

  • decision-making

  • execution

By enrolling, you acknowledge that results vary and that you are responsible for your own actions and outcomes.

 
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients agree to:

  • show up prepared for sessions

  • take ownership of implementation

  • communicate respectfully

  • follow agreed boundaries

This is a professional consulting relationship, not therapy or medical advice.

 
6. CONFIDENTIALITY

All information shared during sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed, except where required by law.

Clients agree not to share proprietary materials, recordings, or methods without written consent.

 
7. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • boundaries are violated

  • communication becomes abusive

  • expectations are unreasonable or misaligned

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

 
8. LEGAL DISCLAIMER

These services are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not replace legal, medical, or financial advice.

 
9. AGREEMENT

By purchasing or participating in any program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
